Dear Kerry and committee members

On the night that I was in the guard of honour, I was wearing my tiger jersey, pants and socks. It was pouring rain so I got soaking wet when I got on the Gabba ground.

There were other kids from Pine Rivers, Sandgate, the Pirates, North Lakes, Mayne and the Crows teams.

When we ran out we had to go into two lines and stand either side of the banner then the lions players came out and Simon Black was holding his baby because it was his 300th AFL game. As the team ran out we were clapping and cheering.

After they ran though the banner we ran though the banner as well.

p.s Thank you for letting me go to be apart of  the guard of honour, I had so much fun and felt very proud to be a AFL player.
