Well it's getting close to that time of year again, pre season training. I know some are looking forward to it and others may not be so keen. It doesn't seem that long ago we finished and now we're getting ready for 2015.
Training will commence on Tuesday 13th of January. Training nights will be Tuesday and Thursday nights 5.00 till 6.30. There will be some instances during pre season when training will be on a different night and there will be Saturday mornings sessions as well. You will be notified in advance when training times change. I would suggest the boys start doing some push ups and sit ups and some running if they are not already doing so. It will help the boys to not pull up as sore after training compared to doing nothing.
