Q & A with Mark Lynne

Name: Mark Lynne

Age: 21

Position: Midfielder

Previous clubs: Zillmere Eagles

1. Tell me a bit about your football career?

I started my football career at the Redcliffe Tigers playing Auskick. I continued playing at Redcliffe all through my juniors and youth until I got to the age of 18 and went to Zillmere Eagles to play for one year. I've been playing at back at Redcliffe since then.

2. How do you rate the season so far?

It's been an up and down season so far. While winning our first game, we've had some tough loses but throughout the tough loses it's been great to see the team improve each game.

3. What is your goal for the season?

The main goal of mine is for the team to keep on improving each week, and being the best leader I can be for the team.

4. What has been your highlight of the season so far?

Kicking off the season with a big win against arch rivals Pine Rivers. After a long pre-season there's no way better to start the season.

5. Do you have any superstitions/ pre-game rituals?

Funnily enough, before every game I have to eat a sausage roll from the canteen
