It’s time to step up another notch, a test of character & fitness awaits. The pre-season camp has been confirmed for Saturday the 20th of Feb. Food and drink will be provided, along with several intensive training variation sessions to be conducted. Byo tent and please play the required $25.00 by Thursday the 11th of Feb. Whilst a 1 night stay fitness regime may sound easy, be prepared to be tested to the limit…..places will be limited so be the first to see Sippa, Jenks or Wardy…
