Senior & U18's Pre Xmas Training

We're Back....!!!

Senior and Under 18's Pre Christmas training gets into full swing on Tuesday 17th November 2009 from 6:00PM at Rothwell Oval.

Almost here…

It’s nearly Christmas, the sun is belting down, it’s getting too hot to go outside, the girls are wearing bikinis down the beach, the first test is just around the corner…it must be time to start pre-season footy training…

Pre-season training for the 2010 season begins next Tuesday 17 November and will go for 4 weeks with the last training night on Thursday 10 December (followed by a Family Bar-B-Q).

Sessions will begin at 6:00pm (sharp) each Tuesday and Thursday evening with ‘optional’ training runs being held on Saturday mornings at 7:00am at various locations around Redcliffe:
Saturday 21 November: Hornibrook Bridge
Saturday 28 November: Woody Point
Saturday 5 December: Sutton’s Beach (Tiger-tri)

Please note you will need to bring runners to all training sessions (and swimming gear and bike to the inaugural ‘Tiger-tri’).

Training in 2010 will officially begin on Tuesday 19 January however we will be running 2 weeks of ‘optional’ fitness sessions from Tuesday 5 January to Thursday 14 January.

It’s an honour and a privilege to have been appointed Senior Coach of the mighty Redcliffe Tigers in 2010 and I’d like to take this opportunity to announce the 2010 Senior Coaching Committee:

Andrew Kouvaras – Senior Coach
Craig Laycock – Principal Assistance Coach
Steve Jenkins – Assistant Coach
Shane Ward – Assistant Coach
Ian Brown – Reserves Coach
Lee Chapman – Fitness Trainer

I’m looking forward to catching up with everyone next Tuesday when we begin our 2010 quest.
