Future Stars On The Rise

Redcliffe Tigers Continue to Produce.

The Redcliffe Tigers history making under 14’s div 1 team continue to provide signs of promise for the future with no less than five players making the final cut of 25 players to contest the under 14’s State Championship at the Sunshine Coast beginning on the 28th of June, as part of the Northern Raiders Representative Team.

Such numbers in one age group has never been achieved by the club and it is testament to those in charge that continue to attract and produce the talent to do so.

Zac Crispe, Jackson Dickfos, Liam Dawson, Tom Watson and Josh Hanning are all key players in the Tigers team and it was of no surprise that they have been rewarded for their tremendous input so far this year to the tigers cause. All have displayed an individual ability to provide what these rep sides need and after numerous weeks of trials and training and previous culling of the squad, have all survived.

The opportunities that presents itself from participating in this carnival is the possibility to be added to the Lions Academy which in turn will provide them with an even more advanced training environment with more qualified coaches from a higher level.

We as a club are very proud of all of them. Congratulations boys and all the very best in your endeavours to perform over the carnival.

Anyone wishing to go and support these boys can do so on Monday the 28th of June at Fishermans Road Maroochydore at 1.00pm.

They will play again on Wednesday and Friday but times will not be finalised until previous games are completed, so stay tuned to the Tigers website and we will keep you posted of those times.
