We are pleased to announce that David Freeman has agreed to join our coaching staff for season 2015 as Assistant Coach for the Seniors. David has a long history as player and coach and will be a great asset for our team moving forward.

  •          1 Year 18’s State League Coach – Sandgate – Grand Finalist (Loss to Morningside)

  •          4 Years Assistant Coach at Raiders – 14’s to 16’s

  •          11 Years as a Junior Coach ( 5 Years from 8’s – 10’s) – Strathpine & Sandgate – 3 Grand Finals (1 x 16 Div 1 Win & 2 Losses – 16 Div 1 & 12’s Div 1), Numerous Finals appearances in between.

  •          27 Years as a Player, which included the following Clubs, Bundoora - DVFL, Montmorency - DVFL, Collingwood – AFL / VFL, Fitzroy- AFL / VFL, Coburg VFA, Old Paradians VAFA, & Strathpine SQAFA / BAFL 

  •          Played  in 9 Grand Finals - Winning 8 and Losing 1

  •          Awards – 4 B&F’s, 2 Runner Ups, 2 Thirds & 2 Best In GF Medals, Numerous Victorian Rep Appearances
